Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. In some cases, shipping may be included in the listed price (noted in each product description).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) depending on the size and weight of your order. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Local Pickup
If you’re local to the Canton, MA area, free local pickup may be available — just select that option at checkout or send us a message to coordinate.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
